We aim to send out orders within 5 business days. If you need your order urgently then please contact us.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that orders are fulfilled within our normal delivery timescale, there may on occassion be supply problems for certain items. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
PAYMENT
Derbyshire Real Nappies accepts payment all major credit cards and cheques. All goods sold remain the property of Derbyshire Real Nappies until full payment has been received and cleared. All prices on this site are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
If you would like to pay be cheque please contact me to arrange this.
REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your item/s please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Goods should be checked on receipt and notify us with 48 hours, if items are damaged in transit or are faulty on receipt. Unfortuntely no claims for damage in transit or shortages can be considered after this period.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please notify us as soon as possible of a faulty or damaged item. You will be required to return the items to us and you will be offered a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
In the case of faulty or damaged goods, return postage will be refunded. We strongly suggest that you obtain a free certificate of postage so you that you can claim compensation if the items are lost before they reach us.
Derbyshire Real Nappies cannot accept responsibility for any faults occurring more than 60 days after receipt. "Faults" refers to manufacturing defects and excludes accidental damage and normal wear and tear.
RETURNS
Items that are unused and unwashed can be returned for replacement or credit, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt and in their original condition and packaging. There is a 10% restocking and administration charge for items that are just returned. This does not apply to exchanges. Unless the items are faulty or are damaged in transit (see above) you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of return postage. It is recommended that a postal service with adequate insurance is used to cover the items should they go missing or damaged on route to us. Derbyshire Real Nappies does not store or share any financial information about you or any transaction outside of the secure PayPal payment system and Virtual Terminal. All Details are held securely within the system and when paying by phone, your financial details are held securely with the system. When paying by phone, your financial details will be entered directly into the system and not written down elsewhere or stored.
